Crosson Clarke Carnachan Architects (Auckland) Ltd is an
Auckland based architectural practice with a partner office
in Arrowtown. Both offices have an exceptional portfolio of
work. Past projects include coastal and rural homes, farm
park developments, large scale residential, commercial, institutional
and healthcare developments. The partnership practice has
won numerous architectural awards with work being regularly
published.
Ken Crosson, Paul Clarke, Simon Carnachan, and Anna-Marie
Chin, the Directors of the practice, emphasise the importance
of listening to their clients needs. A skilled and dedicated
team supports the design output. Their backgrounds and interests
are diverse and yet their communication expertise allows them
to work in a cohesive and efficient partnership. The practice
has an extensive depth of experience built up over years of
past projects as a team, and it also draws its wealth
of knowledge from its team members previous experience.
Each project is analysed for its special requirements and
opportunities : the end result being not a preconceived idea
but a combination of the clients requirements and desires,
the site and the budget. Critical consideration is given to
the projects specific environmental and historical location,
and to the appropriate materials and construction methods
of the locality.
Our commitment to providing a superior service to our clients
is extended with membership in Designgroup
New Zealand, enabling larger scale projects to
be undertaken, drawing on a range of resources and expertise
from partnering practices.
CCCCA strives for the highest standards of client service,
design and documentation. At the completion of each project
the aim is to have achieved a building that is beyond the
clients expectations. CCCCA believes good design will
produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing
spaces and buildings that have an enduring quality over time.
